This performative conference on art, culture, and politics, organized by UNDERGROUND MOVEMENT for MANIFESTO Great Wave, portrays contemporary Albanian artists and cultural practitioners, who follow the same old pattern of relying on corrupt politics to advance their careers, a strategy prevalent in Albania for the past two decades. This was the first conference ever on the misery of Albanian artists.
