"A considerable number of Albanian immigrants, but not only, are lingering in Bilbao trying to board a ship bound for the United Kingdom. I was told that a young Albanian immigrant, who is also an artist, was planing to do something meaningful. Aware of our government's relationship to art he was thinking of throwing a rope at the Guggenheim Museum so as to climb it, much in the same way as his immigrants predecessors did with the ships heading to Italy back in the 90s. In my view this symmetry makes perfect sense. (A.L)".
